Patrick Pitman
Patrick has been helping merchants sell online since 1996. His company, E-Business Coach, evolved to build an innovative, PCI-compliant hosted e-commerce platform that featured world-class marketing functionality and a host of other essential components for the web-savvy merchant. With this toolset, and a hands-on approach to marketing support, Patrick’s clients grew on average at twice the industry average for e-commerce merchants over the last three years. As the landscape of e-commerce software changes, E-Business Coach has switched emphasis to focus on providing innovative online learning environments to the likes of Frank Learning.
Patrick lives with his family in the mountains of Montana, from where he often departs seeking fun in warmer climes.

Murray launched his first e-commerce store in 1998 and has subsequently honed his skills with a succession of catalogue and internet retail brands. An MBA with ten years on the front-line managing fast growing companies, Murray brings invaluable experience from the sharp end of multi-channel retail. He passionately believes that successful retailers need the foundation of a strong brand personality and a compelling story in order to build a tribe of loyal customers. Helping businesses leverage this opportunity for their own brand is the motivation behind Frank Learning.
Murray lives with his family in the English countryside, an hour from London. He spends his spare time riding his bicycle, plotting his next adventure.
